Quoting
After receiving your request,
We would send you a quote on the piece you are interested in creating
Step 4
Designing (with a fee...)
If we need to made a CAD design for your custom piece, we would charge designing fee for your piece and we will draft you an order and you will be able to made a payment for designing via the link in the contract.
(we do not charge on designing for cuban chains or tennis chains, except for special chain designs)
Step 5
Deposit
After confirming on all the details of the design, we would charge 30% of the overall price as the deposit, a lovely and kind teammate of SheBorn will draft the order for you.
Step 6
Waiting for the dreamy jewelry piece
A custom jewelry piece takes 2-4 weeks to be finished
We handset all the stones, use only the best materials and stand firmly behind each piece delivered by SheBorn.
Step 7
Confirming
A lovely teammate from SheBorn will send over videos and pictures of the finished piece for you to confirm on all the details of the finished piece.
Step 8
Paying off the Balance
After you confirmed on all the details of the custom piece, SheBorn will draft an order for you to pay off the balance of the custom jewelry piece.
Step 9
Shipping
We are arranging shipment of your order once the payment has been received.
We usually ship with UPS direct and UPS would ask for signature when delivering your package. So, please leave correct phone
numbers when ordering the piece and answer the phone calls from UPS for successful delivery.
The delivery time vary on locations, but usually it takes around 5-10 days for delivery with UPS direct.
